Mission: Capture the Base

After camping for the night, you have discovered that a rival band has setup a temporary camp not far from your position in the forest.   Their base no doubt contains useful equipment, which you need to survive i.e. food, ammunition and maybe some medicine.

Your group has decided therefore to capture their camp and eliminate the other guys.   Your group has normals and two muties.  A couple of humans have a high powered assault rifles. The mutants can’t use heavy weapons but are dam hard to kill and have amazing wound healing capacity.

Scenario Mechanics

This is the classic “Capture/Destroy the base scenario”.   Each team has a starbase in their base each which can take 4 hits before being destroyed.   The Starbase is positioned within 2 metres of the base flag.

Characters who have lost all points and are dead, must not fire or speak to any other player.  

No physical contact allowed.  Unless otherwise specified each character has standard 6 hits (2 Body, 4 armour).

Each team is roughly equal in the number of characters.  If the number of players in a team exceeds 11, the excess are humans with standard pistols.Muties must wear masks.

 

Victory Conditions

Each hit on a base sensor counts is worth 1 point.  Destroying a base sensor completely is worth a bonus 5 points.

Each Enemy completely eliminated is worth 2 points.

DECISIVE WIN:  A team earns 5 or more points than the enemy team

TACTICAL WIN: A team earns 1 or more points than the enemy team

DRAW: If neither side achieves a Decisive or Tactical Win.

TEAM GREEN

Characters: 4 to 11

HUMAN 1 x Heavy Assault Rifle (3) – Cap 6 hits

HUMAN 1 x Light Machine Gun (5) - Cap 6 hits

HUMAN 2 x Assault Rifle (StarLyte Pro) – Cap 6 hits

HUMAN 3 x Long Range Pistols – Cap 6 hits

MUTIE - 2 x Starlyte Pistol - SmartSensor config 7 – 5 body hits + 5 armour points + 5 shields.  Shields regenerate 1 point every 32 seconds.

Heavy Assault Rifle – Rounds Per Clip 75, Spare Clips 6, Reload 10 seconds

LMG – Rounds per clip 50, Spare Clips 13, Reload 5 seconds
